We need you for the mobility transition and the development of charging infrastructure in Germany and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and management of the CEO and Vice President's appointments
  • Preparation and organization of meetings
  • Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Planning and organization of business trips, including booking flights, hotels and transfers
  • Support in the planning and implementation of events, conferences and corporate events
  • Interface and first point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the management
  • Independent conduct of research and analyses for decision-making and project support
  • Administrative support for projects, including creation and maintenance of project plans, protocols and documentation
  • Organization and follow-up of project-related coordination, as well as preparation and follow-up of workshops and meetings
  • Preparation and processing of invoices and travel expense reports
  • Monitoring expenses and invoicing

Job requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a business studies degree
  • First professional experience in a comparable position
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
  • Confident use of MS Office
