Your primary accountabilities for this role will include:

• Expected to be able to process invoices (normal and urgent requests) and able to handle issue resolution as well.
• Accurate invoice processing in compliance with the standard Accounts Payable (AP) Work Instructions and country-specific guidelines.
• Timely processing of invoices in alignment with Accounts Payable service level agreements (SLAs).
• Understand and operate effectively applicable SOX and business controls.
• Demonstrate ownership and initiative, ensuring transactions are successfully completed and paid even after processing.
• Apply appropriate tax treatments in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder inquiries by handling shared mailboxes promptly
• Provide support for ad hoc activities as needed to meet operational requirements.
• Deliver results within agreed global and local performance metrics and timelines.
• Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within assigned and related areas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Prior experience in invoice processing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
• Reliable and punctual in meeting deadlines and fulfilling commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Able to communicate with clarity and impact, ensuring messages are well understood and influential.
