The role will be based in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Start dates for the Graduate Programme is February 2026.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme :

• You are required to have graduated (Bachelor / Master / PhD) prior to your first day at Shell.
• You should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience if you’ve recently graduated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
