As a Supply Chain Support Advisor, you will be responsible for timely and accurate confirmation of truck fuel deliveries in our system, identifying and correcting any data discrepancies and resolving issues, which directly affects the invoicing process, customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.

• Confirm truck fuel deliveries to customers and support product reconciliation through the Supply Chain Support processes, using IT tools in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process delivery shipments in SAP in a timely manner ensuring subsequent process of invoicing can be executed and monitor gains and losses of road transport movements.
• Handle open customer disputes and quantity adjustment corrections in a timely manner.
• Liaise with other teams that contribute to the Order to Delivery process.
• Continuously improve team’s performance, e.g. minimize driver mistakes, non-reported or wrongly reported changes, invoice corrections and other by controlling and improving data accuracy and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Represent Supply Chain Support Team in project teams to support implementation of new business scenarios (new business model, customers, depots, suppliers, data exchange between depots or hauliers).

• Turkish (min. B2).
• English (min. B2).
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Logistics or Finance Operations
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to cooperate with other cross-functional teams and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel.
• Quick learner of new IT tools.
• Familiarity with SAP and Transport Management Systems will be beneficial.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week, in a hybrid mode (obligatory 3 days of work from the office per week).
