Job description

The Settlement Assistant, will help execute and administer basic aspects of trade and capital markets activities in a timely and accurate manner. In this role, you will help ensure compliance to the established guidelines and procedures in conducting operational activities for the corporate banking business.

Responsibilities

  • Help process deals in the trade inventory system.
  • Help coordinate and align with external and internal stakeholders to resolve execution issues and assist as necessary.
  • Assist in executing trades and settlement activities.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 3 years in a related or equivalent experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
