We offer you an excellent opportunity to develop yourself and become acquainted with many aspects of the T&L sector, structured finance solutions and the wholesale banking business.

Responsibilities

  • Together with our team you will service our globally active clients with corporate and structured finance solutions.
  • You support colleagues and deal teams in their daily commercial activities, like performing live transactions, managing existing client relationships and portfolios, and executing Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes in close collaboration with relationship managers and the KYC team.
  • You perform commercial assessment by collecting and analyzing information about customers and the markets in which customers are active and assist in the preparation of credit analyses for our clients, including Excel modelling.
  • Furthermore, you manage, monitor and promote the quality of the commercial and operational services, take care of the administrative handling of processes and are intensively involved in updating ING systems. All the while you maintain contact with both internal and external stakeholders and make sure that agreements made are correctly implemented.
  • With keen wit and attentiveness, you anticipate the requirements of the team, take the right action and come up with good ideas.
  • In short: you make every effort to deliver excellent service and quality to customers and to your contacts within the ING network.

Job requirements

  • Enrolled in Bachelor‘s / Master‘s degree preferably in Economics, Econometrics, Economics, Finance or Law or in a gap year between Bachelor‘s and Master‘s degree programs
  • Analytical, detail-oriented team-player who takes responsibilities
  • Customer-centered and service-oriented mindset
  • A high degree of self-initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel
  • Willingness to contribute to shaping the world of tomorrow
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, any other language is a plus
  • Available for 6 months (please specify the exact period incl. start date in the cover letter)
