Job requirements

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme, you must meet the below requirements:  

  • Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Industrial & System)  
  • Qatari Nationality
  • Keen to work in Ras Lafan (RLC)  
  • Suitable candidates should be either:
  • Recently graduated (in line with the 2024/2025 academic year) or will graduate during 2026 (in line with the 2025/2026 academic year) and are currently not sponsored; or Have experience in the Energy sector of less than 3 years (in alignment with the industry recruitment guidelines).
