We have an opening for a 12 month fixed term contract for a Rural Officer in our Roma branch. In this role you will help to manage the rural clients, both independently and in support of Rural Managers. There is sufficient scope in this role to challenge an experienced banker as well as developing an emerging banker – as such graduates or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

You must hold valid work rights to be considered for this role.

This is a broad role and some of the responsibilities include:

• Complete annual credit reviews
• Undertake financial analysis
• Work closely with and support the Rural Manager(s) in responding to clients
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement

Skills and experience:

• Knowledge of the rural industry will be advantageous
• Understands banking/lending policies and procedures
• Maintains a strong relationship with key clients
• Can manage competing priorities
