This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.

As a Supply Chain Services Coordinator (Allocator), you will be at the heart of our order fulfilment process, ensuring that the right stock is assigned to the right customer order at the right time. Based at the production site (Gouda) and embedded within the supply chain execution team, you will coordinate and execute administrative tasks across ERP systems, manage open orderbooks, and proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve constraints and ensure timely delivery.

In this role, you’ll work closely with customer service, production planning, transport teams, Operations and quality control to maintain data accuracy, monitor inventory health, and escalate supply issues. You’ll be responsible for guiding downstream teams through order-related queries, driving continuous improvement in allocation processes. Your impact will be felt across the supply chain—from production to customer delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order allocation and fulfillment in ERP systems, ensuring correct stock assignment, batch selection, and timely execution of all required administrative steps.
  • Reconcile inventory with all plants and third party warehouses daily movements data and start/end stock confirmation, identify, escalate, investigate and resolve stock differences.
  • Declare monthly stocks to insurance in line with corporate and business group policy and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across open sales and transfer orders, proactively resolving system issues, signaling shortages, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
  • Review and validate incoming service invoices against relevant accruals/purchase order. Review and enter services accruals and monitors, analyze and report on expenses deviation with the local stakeholders.
  • Act as primary contact for supply chain management systems and tools used within their area. Bring together data and run regular reports in support of supply chain business processes.
  • Participate in local continuous improvement in contract execution process area and provide recommendations, ideas and plans to local and functional management.
  • Provide data for local scorecard and related critical metrics for the local business and team.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Job requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Relevant work experience in supply chain.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working with SAP

Preferred Qualifications

  • International trade/shipping experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI reporting or supply chain metrics
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) or data visualization tools like Power BI
