The Trade Execution Coordinator II will coordinate and plan export processes, customs documentation, and the shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at the correct time. In this role, you will complete monetary transactions associated with the export in a timely manner.

• Reconcile data for load orders, quality, claims, demurrage, and dispatch cases.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with medium accounts, customers, clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
• Work with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements.
• Work with third-party fumigators, surveyors, and laboratories to schedule appointments and obtain required certificates for export of the vessel.
• Ensure compliance with home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
• Prepare, review, approve, and maintain files for export documents.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience (typically 3 years or more).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge with NAEGA (North America Export Grain Association).
• Experience with the grain industry
