This middle office role bridges communication between the Relationship Bankers and Operations for Rabobank's Product Teams including Trade Commodity Finance, Fund Finance, International Desk, Leveraged Lending, and Energy Transition.
This role will assist with analyzing credit agreements for operational readiness, prepare deals structured for closing, translate the credit agreements for operational execution, and assist with various other tasks to ensure proper deal execution post closing. The individual should be able to adapt to several different products as this role exposes the individual to an array of teams within Rabobank.

The Wholesale Client Support Team (WST) plays a crucial role in assisting the Front Office Corporate and Product teams throughout the pre-closing and closing phases of transactions. Once a transaction is closed, the team takes on the responsibility of monitoring all actions to uphold the integrity of the transaction portfolio. One of the key tasks of a WST colleague is to request funding and provide instructions to the loan and trade processing team for the booking of transactions in the relevant back-office systems. This ensures smooth and efficient processing of transactions.
Salary Expectations:
New York, NY Target Hiring Range: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00
Atlanta, GA Target Hiring Range: $76,000.00 - $125,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
